Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we're unable to fully manage stock. Stock levels can fluctuate at any given time. It is possible that you will not receive your purchase after the order has been made.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone without a trace since the purchase however, we're unable to give you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the same state as you received it in. The item should be in its original packaging.
