Our warehouse staff is highly educated and will package your goods in accordance with our precise and exact specifications. Your items will go through an exhaustive examination before they will be properly packaged prior to being shipped. Every day we ship thousands of packages to customers from all over the world. Orders that contain more than 1 item are assigned processing periods in accordance with the item.
We will inspect each and every one of the products before they are shipped. Currently, most orders are delivered within 48 hours. The expected delivery time is 3 to 7 days.
Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we're unable to fully manage stock. Stock levels can fluctuate at any given time. It is possible that you will not receive your purchase after the order has been made.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone without a trace since the purchase however, we're unable to give you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the same state as you received it in. The item should be in its original packaging.
